Organ Systems That Require Special Attention

The human body is a system interconnected with each other. Failure of one of them entails problems in others. In total, 12 systems are distinguished, and it is impossible to say which of them is the main one. All of them are important for human health, so you need to take care of them comprehensively.

But there are several systems of the body, the problems in which are most dangerous. This is due to the peculiarities of human life support and certain difficulties in treatment.

Cardiovascular System

The role of the cardiovascular system in the human body cannot be overestimated. It is responsible for the circulation of blood throughout the body, and therefore for supplying each organ with oxygen and essential substances. It also removes waste products from them. As soon as a failure occurs in the cardiovascular system, the whole body begins to suffer – oxygen starvation, heart attacks, and tissue death appear.

To maintain the health of the heart and blood vessels, you need to be more outdoors, prefer active rest to passive, reduce stress and give up bad habits. Also, proper sleep is important. Instead of playing casino games before going to sleep, you need to get rid of smartphones and brightness. Of course, you also need to reduce the intake of animal fats and salt.

Endocrine System

The endocrine system is responsible for the production of hormones. They, in turn, ensure the possibility of conception, maintain the stability of the nervous system, and contribute to the proper growth and development of children. Hormones generally regulate the work of all organs. For example, thyroxine is involved in metabolism and regulates the processes of human growth and development. Luteinizing hormone is responsible for the production of estrogen, progesterone and testosterone.

To support the health of the endocrine system, it is recommended to eat foods rich in iodine, avoid overwork and stress, limit the intake of sugar and simple carbohydrates.

Immune System

Immunity is not for nothing called the basis of health, it helps the body resist disease. The vulnerability of the immune system leads to the fact that a person is often exposed to various diseases.

Immunity largely depends on the lifestyle that we lead. If a person smokes, drinks, does not leave the house for weeks and eats junk food, then the immune system will fail sooner or later. Conversely, proper nutrition, proper sleep and rest, physical activity, low-stress levels and taking care of your body quickly find a response in the immune forces of the body.

Gastrointestinal Tract

The body receives most of the necessary substances from food, which from the gastrointestinal tract enters the organs with the help of blood. Disorders in the work of the gastrointestinal tract lead to the fact that the body may experience a deficiency of vital trace elements. Immunity also depends on the work of the intestines.

Irregular and unhealthy diet, alcohol, smoking, certain medications, stress, sedentary lifestyle and other factors destroy the health of the gastrointestinal tract.

Respiratory System

A person can live without oxygen for only 5 minutes. And it is the respiratory system that supplies our body with this vital gas. Obviously, problems in its functioning lead to oxygen starvation, which disrupts the work of all organs.

It is also important how we breathe. Healthy breathing involves using the nose to inhale and exhale. Through it, the air passes filtration, which does not allow viruses that provoke diseases to enter the respiratory tract. In addition, cold air warms up in the nose, unlike breathing through the mouth.

To support the respiratory system, you need to breathe fresh air more often, wipe the dust every day, do not smoke, do anaerobic exercises, and protect yourself from respiratory diseases with all your might.
