In the Major Arcana, there are 21 numbered cards and a single unnumbered card known as the Fool. Major Arcana forces you to focus on the larger themes and lessons in life.

The Minor Arcana focus on 4 different parts of our lives that mirror the four tarot suits:

  • Wands: The suit of Wands represent creativity and passion.
  • Cups: The suit of Cups in Tarot is the suit of love, and it represents emotions and feelings. The cups also relate to our intuition.
  • Swords: The suit of Swords is our intellectual side. They also represent our actions.
  • Pentacles: This suit of Pentacles represent our financial sides, in both careers and material possessions.
